Daylight and Afternoon Shifts (Saturday-Sunday)We are seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Security Officer to join our team at a safety-conscious industrial facility. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while maintaining a professional presence and strong attention to safety and security procedures. Primary Responsibilities Control access at facility gates by verifying employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries Conduct routine mobile and foot patrols throughout the facility Greet visitors and provide directions or assistance as needed Monitor for safety, security, or operational concerns and report issues appropriately Maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation Help maintain a safe and professional environment for employees, contractors, and visitors Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must possess CPR/AED and First Aid certification or be willing to obtain certification after hire Weekend availability is required Preferred Qualifications Previous security, military, law enforcement, or industrial experience Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments Additional Information Open availability is preferred, but weekend availability required. 8-12-hour shifts Primary need is for daylight and afternoon weekend coverage 16-32 hours per week, based on availability.
