Hour Security Experience:

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant security experience (C115). This experience should demonstrate the ability to handle security-related tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Valid Driver's License:

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license in the state where the job is located (C124). This is essential for roles that require travel or transportation as part of the job duties.

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet:

Customer Service Experience:

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-related records. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of designated interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions. Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access concerns, and required documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. At least one year of security-related experience is required. Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
