An experienced leader to drive operational excellence, portfolio governance, executive communications, and strategic execution across the Cybersecurity Platform organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to platform leadership, ensuring alignment, visibility, accountability, and successful delivery of key initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead platform governance, operational reviews, and planning cadences.
- Manage integrated roadmaps, priorities, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
- Oversee portfolio delivery, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive risk management, issue escalation, and mitigation planning.
- Develop executive communications, presentations, newsletters, and town hall content.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs, stakeholder engagement, and organizational planning.
- Act as the central coordination point for the Cyber Security Assurance organization
- Support leadership decision-making through briefings, reporting, and strategic insights.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Operations, or Communications leadership roles.
- Bachelor"s degree required.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive accountability.
- Experience with governance, risk management, and performance metrics.
