Start Date:
Immediate Remote position but must be in EST or CST time Zones We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $90 -100 p/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:
An experienced leader to drive operational excellence, portfolio governance, executive communications, and strategic execution across the Cybersecurity Platform organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to platform leadership, ensuring alignment, visibility, accountability, and successful delivery of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead platform governance, operational reviews, and planning cadences.
  • Manage integrated roadmaps, priorities, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
  • Oversee portfolio delivery, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive risk management, issue escalation, and mitigation planning.
  • Develop executive communications, presentations, newsletters, and town hall content.
  • Coordinate cross-functional programs, stakeholder engagement, and organizational planning.
  • Act as the central coordination point for the Cyber Security Assurance organization
  • Support leadership decision-making through briefings, reporting, and strategic insights.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Operations, or Communications leadership roles.
  • Bachelor"s degree required.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive accountability.
  • Experience with governance, risk management, and performance metrics.
