Important:
This is an advance recruitment posting for anticipated positions contingent upon Liberation Security Group finalizing a client contract. Positions, schedules, hours, and start dates are not guaranteed until the contract has been fully executed. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who are available to begin work on short notice following contract approval. Liberation Security Group is recruiting experienced, dependable Unarmed Security Officers for a potential long-term assignment in the greater La Pine area. This is a remote mobile-patrol position operating during daytime, overnight, weekend, holiday, and winter conditions. The exact client, project, and worksite location will be disclosed only to selected candidates at the appropriate stage of the hiring process. Primary Responsibilities Conduct mobile patrols using a company-provided 4x4 patrol vehicle Complete scheduled security and property checks Monitor access points, gates, fencing, equipment, and property Observe and document unusual vehicles, individuals, hazards, or activity Complete electronic activity logs, patrol verifications, and incident reports Immediately report significant incidents to an LSG supervisor Follow written post orders, emergency procedures, and communication protocols Work independently at a remote site while maintaining regular check-ins Contact emergency services when immediate circumstances require it Minimum Requirements Current Oregon DPSST Unarmed Private Security Professional certification Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record and ability to meet company vehicle-insurance requirements Reliable personal 4x4 or AWD vehicle capable of reaching the remote reporting location during snow, ice, mud, and other winter conditions Ability to safely operate a company-provided 4x4 patrol vehicle Availability for 12-hour day or overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time in changing weather conditions Strong written communication and incident-reporting skills Ability to use a mobile reporting and patrol-verification application Ability to work independently with limited on-site supervision Ability to pass applicable pre-employment and driving-record screening Preferred Qualifications Availability to begin work on short notice after the client contract is finalized Previous mobile patrol, industrial-site, construction-site, or remote-site security experience CPR/AED and First Aid certification Experience driving in snow, ice, mud, and on rough or unpaved roads Familiarity with electronic daily activity reports and checkpoint-verification systems Working Conditions This position may involve extended periods of driving and sitting, frequent entry into and exit from a patrol vehicle, walking on uneven terrain, working alone, and exposure to snow, ice, mud, darkness, reduced visibility, and changing weather conditions. Employment Contingency Liberation Security Group is recruiting in advance to establish a qualified staffing pool. Interviews and conditional selections may occur before the client contract is finalized. Pay:
