We are seeking a Distribution Technician II to design, stake, and estimate new and upgraded electric distribution services and system improvements. This role gathers field data, prepares construction drawings, staking sheets, right-of-way documents, surveys, and cost estimates; coordinates projects with members, developers, contractors, engineers, and government agencies; and supports long-range infrastructure planning.

Qualified candidates will have:

Five years of experience as a Certified Distribution Technician. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IVC Staking, and MapWise. Working knowledge of ArcGIS and AutoCAD. Effective technical, problem-solving, and customer-service skills. The successful candidate must reside within a 45-minute drive of Midstate's headquarters. This is an hourly, non-exempt position represented by IBEW Local 125 and may require flexible hours and overtime.
