(CSSI) is hiring full-time Healthcare Security Officers to join our team at medical facilities in the Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and Hardeeville, SC area. Officers will provide security coverage across hospital campuses, medical centers, and free-standing emergency departments. This is a critical role in a fast-paced healthcare environment where you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure setting for patients, visitors, and medical staff. Compensation $20.00•$21.00 per hour | Full-time, 40 hours per week | Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours over 40 Schedule Our healthcare facilities operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Officers work 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. The specific shifts requiring coverage are:

Day Shift:

6:00 AM•2:00

PM Evening Shift:

2:00 PM•10:00

PM Overnight Shift:

10:00 PM•6:00 AM Primary coverage needs are on evening and overnight shifts. Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required. Candidates must be able to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Once assigned, you will receive a consistent weekly schedule.
