Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities Conduct hourly security patrols on foot and/or in a company patrol vehicle. Complete accurate and detailed hourly activity reports documenting site conditions, incidents, and notable observations. Maintain a professional and courteous presence when interacting with residents, guests, and visitors. Respond to and address noise complaints in accordance with property policies and security procedures. Respond appropriately to incidents involving disorderly conduct, disturbances, or other disruptive behavior. Identify and respond to suspected illegal activity, including the presence or use of drugs and unauthorized firearms, while following established policies and applicable laws. Maintain a visible security presence and help promote a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and property staff.
