As a Dispatch professional in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarms and activity, dispatch resources, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor incoming calls, alarms, communications systems, and service requests; document and dispatch security-related personnel or appropriate site resources based on established protocols. Respond to incidents, critical situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate relevant information to supervisors, emergency responders, and site contacts as needed. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor or contractor information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter when assigned, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
