Bolt Security Guard Services is seeking a Security Supervisor with Scheduling, Hiring and Onboarding skills. This is a driving post so roving patrol, security supervisor experience is required, 3 year minimum.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday - Dayshifts. Starting at $22/hour. We are a drug free company and this is a driving position so must have clean driving record. Responsibilities include:

Schedule and coordinate interviews Recruit and Assist with Hiring Manage and maintain the company's scheduling system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Communication with guards and employees to confirm availability and schedule changes Conduct interviews and complete all on-boarding processes

Experience :

Proven experience in scheduling or related field Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Computer Skills Excellent research and problem solving abilities Experience in recruiting, hiring and scheduling

Requirements:

HSD / GED

required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Unarmed Security Guard License (required) Dallas Law Training (optional) Active State Driver's License (clean DMV report) Ability work hours needed to get the job done
