Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, professional, and licensed Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment at our property in Ripley, Tennessee. The ideal candidate is observant, dependable, and able to respond calmly and professionally to security concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Patrol the property and monitor for suspicious or unauthorized activity.
- Control access to the premises and verify authorized entry.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents.
- Prepare clear and accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Maintain a visible security presence to help deter criminal activity.
- Communicate professionally with management, employees, residents, and visitors.
- Follow all company policies and applicable Tennessee security regulations. Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee security guard/officer license required.
- Previous security experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Schedule
- 12-hour daytime shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM.
- Weekends and holidays may be required based on scheduling needs.
