Job Description

Andy Frain Services is seeking a professional Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and assets at high-profile entertainment and sports venues. In this role, you will conduct patrols, manage access control, support crowd management, and respond to incidents and emergencies while delivering exceptional customer service. You will enforce venue policies, prepare accurate incident reports, and work closely with event staff and public safety partners. This position offers exposure to large-scale events, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative, inclusive work environment focused on teamwork and development. Responsibilities Patrol entertainment and sports venues to ensure a safe environment for guests, staff, and assets. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and enforce venue security policies. Observe and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and policy violations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures. Support crowd management, line control, and event entry/exit operations. Document incidents and daily activities in clear, accurate reports. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required. Provide professional, customer-focused assistance to guests and employees.
