$40,040 annually Position Overview VETS Securing America (VSA) is seeking experienced and professional Armed Field Supervisors to oversee security operations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This leadership role requires a strong background in security, law enforcement, or military service and the ability to supervise personnel while ensuring the highest level of safety, compliance, and operational performance. Requirements Required Qualifications Active Texas Level III (Commissioned Security Officer) License Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in: Security Law Enforcement Military Service Minimum of 4 years of experience in: Security Law Enforcement Military Service Strong communication and supervisory skills Ability to manage field personnel and ensure compliance with company and client standards Responsibilities Supervise and support armed security personnel in the field Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks Ensure officers comply with post orders and company policies Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders Prepare reports and document operational activities as required Work Schedule Monday through Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Location Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their application and qualifications for consideration.
