In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, managing access points, and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property. Responsibilities Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, verifying identities and issuing passes as needed. Conduct regular patrols of the property to observe for suspicious activity or safety hazards. Respond promptly to alarms or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist with conflict management by calmly de-escalating situations and enforcing site policies. Support loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism and reporting suspicious behavior. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields required. Must have a valid Texas Guard Card or be A-Post Certified. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must have a working cell phone with data and the ability to download apps for work. Familiarity with surveillance equipment, fire watch, and security protocols. Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, and emergency responders. Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods throughout the shift. Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
