PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols. Monitor access points and support access control procedures for employees, vendors, deliveries, and visitors as directed. Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Preferred:
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

A state, county, or city-issued security-related license.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
