PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail grocery location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following applicable site procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Maintain required documentation, including incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity records, while complying with applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an armed guard card or license. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
