AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific access procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies at an industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, maintain accurate access logs, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around designated access areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and/or unauthorized entry attempts. Assist with controlling vehicle, delivery, and contractor access by confirming approvals, directing arrivals to appropriate check-in points, and communicating site procedures clearly and professionally.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
