2846158 Hereford, TX | Serving patients within a 30-mile radius | $65-$70 per visit + $5 per COTA visit | PRN | Weekly Pay BrightStar Care of Amarillo is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one home health care to pediatric and adult patients. This PRN position offers independence in the field, meaningful patient care, and additional compensation for supervising assigned COTAs. What You'll Do Evaluate pediatric and adult patients in their homes Develop treatment plans based on individual needs and goals Provide therapy visits and monitor patient progress Supervise assigned COTAs and review documentation Communicate with the care team regarding patient needs and progress Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Pay & Schedule $65-$70 per completed visit $5 for each visit completed by assigned COTAs Weekly pay PRN schedule Patients located in Hereford,TX and within a 30-mile radius What You'll Need Active, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapist license Minimum 1 year of OT experience Current BLS/CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
