Valid Driver's License | Must Be 21 Years of Age or Older Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and professional Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a large stadium and entertainment venue in Houston. This leadership position is responsible for managing security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and providing direct supervision during sporting events, concerts, and other large-scale venue activities. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary on-site leader and is responsible for ensuring all security operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and client expectations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Personnel Management Directly supervise Security Shift Leads and Security Officers assigned to the site. Ensure all posts are staffed appropriately and operational requirements are met. Conduct roll calls, shift briefings, and operational meetings. Train, coach, mentor, and develop security personnel. Monitor employee performance and address attendance, conduct, and performance concerns. Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Client & Venue Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for venue management and client representatives. Maintain strong working relationships with venue operations, event staff, and other stakeholders. Respond to client concerns and ensure service expectations are consistently met. Support planning and execution of security operations for special events and large gatherings. Security Operations Oversee security operations during sporting events, concerts, festivals, and special events. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with post orders and security procedures. Monitor access control, crowd management, screening checkpoints, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations while ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Review reports for accuracy and completeness. Administrative Responsibilities Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination. Ensure all required reports, logs, and documentation are completed accurately. Support employee onboarding, training, and licensing compliance. Track operational concerns and escalate issues when appropriate. Promote accountability and adherence to company policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older . Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. High School Diploma or GED. Previous security, venue, event, hospitality, military, law enforcement, public safety, or related experience. Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience required. Ability to successfully complete all required background screenings, licensing requirements, and training programs. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Previous stadium, venue, event, or entertainment security experience. Experience overseeing large teams in a customer-facing environment. Experience with incident management and report writing.
