The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance of our client's premises, personnel, and visitors. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. The Unarmed Security Officer will utilize various security measures, including surveillance systems and physical presence, to deter and respond to potential threats by calling 911. Duties Patrol assigned areas to maintain a visible presence and deter criminal activity. Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify suspicious behavior. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents by calling 911 Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Conduct loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property. Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and communication skills. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments. Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security threats.
