As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer disturbances, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns according to site-specific procedures. Document incidents, patrol activities, and security-related observations accurately and promptly, and communicate with store leadership and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least five years of armed security experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
