Manage access control systems to regulate entry and exit points for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Conduct thorough background checks on new hires or visitors as part of the screening process to ensure compliance with safety standards. Respond promptly to emergencies by executing fire safety procedures, AED operation, CPR, Taser deployment, firearm handling (where applicable), and heavy lifting when necessary. Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and communicate effectively with law enforcement or emergency responders during crises. Perform routine inspections including CCTV audits, fence checks, physical security assessments, and ensuring adherence to security policies and regulations. Experience Proven experience in physical security roles with a strong understanding of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems. Background in military or law enforcement is highly desirable for its emphasis on discipline and emergency response skills. Demonstrated ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism and calmness under pressure. Knowledge of first aid procedures including CPR and AED operation is essential; additional certifications such as Taser use or firearm handling are advantageous. Experience in performing background checks and managing access control systems to uphold security standards. Familiarity with emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols and incident report writing is required.
