Estimated Mix:

~ 60% Buyer , ~ 40% Security) Maintain a professional and visible armed security presence within the store, including the showroom and entrances Help maintain a safe environment for clients and employees through situational awareness and quick responses to security concerns, alarms, or incidents Safeguard clients, employees, inventory, cash, and other valuables Complete incident documentation and coordinate with management or law enforcement when necessary Assist clients looking to sell or purchase jewelry, diamonds, watches, precious metals, coins, handbags, and other luxury valuables Learn to evaluate items, determine appropriate offers, negotiate with clients, and complete purchases Requirements - Required Must be at least 21 years old Valid Texas License to Carry (LTC) Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer license, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one within 90 days of hire Knowledge of firearm safety and responsible handling Strong situational awareness, judgment, and ability to remain calm under pressure Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Computer proficiency and the ability to learn POS, CRM, and other company software Dependable, disciplined, attentive, and able to work independently Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Requirements - Preferred Previous armed security experience Former law enforcement or military experience Previous customer service, sales, negotiation, or retail experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Bonus Qualifications Experience using AI/productivity tools, HubSpot, and/or Shopify Experience buying, selling, or evaluating jewelry, watches, diamonds, precious metals, coins, handbags, or other luxury goods
