Must be able to work nights and weekends. We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security/Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing losses, and responding to incidents effectively. Duties Conduct ID Checks Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate situations as necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required. Skills Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory. First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups.
