Threat Tec is seeking a Security Specialist to help protect critical government facilities by ensuring strict compliance with access protocols and responding proactively to security hazards. This role includes two levels of responsibility (Level I and Level II) based on experience and leadership capability. You will be trusted to detect and report threats, coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services, and help maintain a safe, secure environment. \n Duties and Responsibilities Maintain rigorous control over all access points to Government areas in accordance with established procedures. Actively detect, deter, and report threats including intrusions, suspicious activity, civil disorder, and fire hazards. For teams with multiple Access Monitors, one individual will serve in a lead capacity to coordinate and guide the team. Work closely with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders, including Military Police, County Sheriff's Department, City Police, and other emergency response teams. Provide support to emergency services within contractual limits to ensure timely intervention and assistance. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Valid Driver's License required.
