Job Description

As an Event Security Officer at Securitas, you will help protect guests, staff, and property at concerts, sports, and special events. You will manage access control, perform bag checks, monitor crowds, and respond to incidents with professionalism and calm. Working in a mission-driven, safety-focused culture, you will use training and procedures to identify risks, enforce venue rules, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities Provide visible security presence at events to ensure guest and staff safety Conduct access control, ticket and credential checks, and bag screenings Monitor crowds, identify potential risks, and respond to incidents promptly Patrol event areas, report hazards, and enforce venue rules and policies Communicate clearly via radio and coordinate with supervisors and public safety partners Complete accurate incident and activity reports Deliver professional, customer-focused service to guests, clients, and team members Required Skills Crowd control Access control Incident reporting Patrol procedures Emergency response Radio communication Conflict de-escalation Bag and credential checks Customer service Basic computer literacy
