This role requires a strong understanding of automotive repair, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various towing situations with professionalism and care. Duties Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip inspections of tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition. Load and unload vehicles using proper techniques to prevent damage. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs. Assist in minor automotive repairs and diagnostics as needed during towing operations. Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions. Manage conflicts professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction even in challenging situations. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Qualifications Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and forklifts. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is preferred. Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with flatbed towing techniques is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong physical stamina to perform lifting, loading, and unloading tasks.
