PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, data-sensitive areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report suspicious activity or policy violations. Maintain required firearms qualifications and carry authorized equipment in accordance with Allied Universal, client, and applicable legal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a valid armed guard card or license. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Possession of a guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
