The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and capable of maintaining a professional presence while ensuring the safety of clients, property, and the public. Responsibilities Conduct patrols and maintain high visibility at assigned posts Deter and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies in accordance with company protocols Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports Ensure compliance with site-specific post orders and client requirements Requirements Must possess a valid Virginia DCJS Armed Security License Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and situational awareness skills Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Benefits & Details Bi-weekly pay Opportunities for advancement and special assignments Uniforms and training provided Work directly with a management team that values professionalism and integrity
