Responsibilities Control access to data center facilities and verify credentials Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems to detect suspicious activity Conduct interior and exterior patrols of critical infrastructure areas Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per established protocols Complete detailed incident and activity reports accurately and on time Enforce client and site security, safety, and confidentiality policies Assist visitors, vendors, and staff with professional customer service Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to manage security risks Participate in ongoing security, safety, and emergency response training Identify and report hazards, vulnerabilities, and maintenance issues Required Skills Access control management CCTV and video surveillance monitoring Alarm and security system monitoring Incident response and reporting Patrol procedures for critical facilities Emergency preparedness and evacuation protocols Basic computer and security software use Radio and security communications Customer service in security settings Knowledge of data center or critical infrastructure security
