Overnight/ Days / Weekends/ Holidays Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities Onsite positions:

Monitor premises through foot patrol Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and provide detailed reports on incidents. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities and reporting them accordingly.

Mobile Patrol positions:

Drive patrol route and assist in service calls on client properties within the Virginia Beach and surrounding cities.

Skills:

Driver's license required. Security experience preferred. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
