This role requires a strong security presence, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform both foot and mobile patrols. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the retail property Perform mobile patrols as assigned Provide visible deterrence against theft and safety concerns Monitor and report suspicious activity Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports Deliver professional customer service to clients and visitors Required Qualifications Active Washington State Security Guard License Reliable transportation to/from work Must be available to work in multiple areas in the South Seattle/Tacoma region.
