Unarmed Security Guard in Kennewick, WA Stonewall Security Stonewall Security is hiring entry-level Unarmed Security Guards to join our Tri-Cities team. If you're dependable, alert, and take pride in doing a job right, we want to hear from you. No experience necessary, we'll get you trained and licensed. Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas on foot to deter and detect suspicious activity Monitor entrances/exits and verify credentials of visitors and staff Watch security cameras and respond promptly to alerts Document daily activity logs and file incident reports when needed Enforce site rules and safety procedures Act as the first point of contact during emergencies until authorities arrive Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations Requirements Must be 18+ High school diploma or GED Must obtain a Washington State unarmed security guard license (Stonewall will assist with the application process) Pass a background check and drug screening Comfortable standing/walking for full shifts, indoors and outdoors Dependable transportation and consistent attendance No experience required paid training provided Stonewall Security invests in its people; most of our supervisors started right where you'd be starting today.
