Maintain a highly visible, professional security presence to help deter criminal activity and promote a safe environment. Enforce site policies, including quiet hours, using verbal de-escalation techniques and directing individuals to leave the property when necessary. Follow site-specific post orders and seek clarification whenever instructions are unclear. Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all Washington State traffic laws. Inspect doors, gates, fences, lighting, and common areas for security, safety, and maintenance concerns. Observe, document, and ly report suspicious activity, criminal behavior, safety hazards, and maintenance issues. Respond appropriately to incidents, contacting law enforcement or emergency services when required. Complete accurate, timely daily activity logs, patrol records, and incident reports. Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, clients, coworkers, and public safety personnel while helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. What Makes Signal Different?
