Benefits Starting pay of $21.75/hour Consistent overnight schedule Consecutive days off every week Paid on-site training Free uniforms and equipment Medical & dental insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan $100 employee referral bonus • Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team Modern reporting technology and communication tools Career advancement with a growing national security company Minimum Qualifications Active or expired Washington State Security Guard License required for hire Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record At least 21 years of age Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods Professional appearance with strong communication and customer service skills Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws Responsibilities Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, completing all scheduled patrols and electronic tour checkpoints. Maintain a highly visible, professional security presence to help deter criminal activity and promote a safe environment. Enforce site policies, including quiet hours, using verbal de-escalation techniques and directing individuals to leave the property when necessary. Follow site-specific post orders and seek clarification whenever instructions are unclear. Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all Washington State traffic laws. Inspect doors, gates, fences, lighting, and common areas for security, safety, and maintenance concerns. Observe, document, and ly report suspicious activity, criminal behavior, safety hazards, and maintenance issues. Respond appropriately to incidents, contacting law enforcement or emergency services when required. Complete accurate, timely daily activity logs, patrol records, and incident reports. Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, clients, coworkers, and public safety personnel while helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. What Makes Signal Different?
