The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV. Ensure the safety and security of all individuals on-site by enforcing rules and regulations. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid as necessary. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks. Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict management techniques. Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or emergencies. Requirements Previous experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and monitoring systems (CCTV). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A military background is considered an asset but not mandatory.
