•$18 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Access control systems Customer communication In-person customer service Security Venue guest services Full Job Description Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and professional Waterpark Entrance & Security Attendant to monitor the entrance of our indoor waterpark. This position focuses primarily on checking guest wristbands, controlling access, and ensuring that only authorized guests enter the waterpark. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys interacting with guests while maintaining a secure and organized entrance. The role involves both sitting and standing throughout the shift. Responsibilities Monitor and control access to the waterpark entrance. Check every guest's wristband before allowing entry. Ensure all guests have valid wristbands and follow hotel admission policies. Politely deny entry to individuals without proper wristbands and direct them to the front desk for assistance. Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the waterpark. Remain stationed at the designated entrance throughout the assigned shift. Immediately report suspicious activity, guest disputes, or security concerns to hotel management. Provide friendly and professional guest service while consistently enforcing entrance policies. Qualifications & Skills Dependable, punctual, and able to remain attentive throughout the shift. Comfortable enforcing hotel policies and addressing guests professionally. Strong communication and customer service skills. Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult guests. Capable of sitting and standing for extended periods. Previous experience in security, hospitality, guest services, or access control is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Work Schedule Part-time

•12:00 PM Additional hours Occasional Sunday afternoons Important Position Information This is an entrance-monitoring and access-control position, not a lifeguard position. The primary responsibility is checking wristbands and preventing unauthorized access. Employees are not expected to perform lifeguard duties, water rescues, or other waterpark operational tasks.
