Tactical Security Meets Youth Support Are you looking for a vital security role where your vigilance directly impacts your community? As Overnight Security, you are the primary shield and nocturnal anchor of the Davis Stuart Lewisburg Campus. This role blends active campus physical security, perimeter surveillance, and asset protection with critical overnight support for our facility team. You will monitor the grounds, secure buildings and provide a stable, safe environment for residents and staff alike. No prior law enforcement or private security experience required! We provide 100% fully paid training from day one. We value dependability, situational awareness and a calm, commanding demeanor. Essential Security & Support Duties •
Execute Campus Surveillance:
Conduct scheduled, high-vigilance physical security patrols of all campus grounds, perimeters, and buildings to deter risks and ensure total facility lockdown. •
De-escalate & Support:
Serve as the tactical backup and first-line support for Associates during situations or stress incidents. •
Provide Relief Coverage:
Act as a reliable asset protection resource, offering relief coverage for facility staff as needed throughout the shift. •
Model Controlled Demeanor:
Demonstrate absolute self-control, emotional maturity, and appropriate professional behavior for our residents at all times. •
Log Incident Documentation:
Maintain precise overnight security logs, incident reports, and required regulatory compliance documentation accurately and on time. What We Look For (Qualifications & Competencies) •

Education:
High school diploma or GED •
Tech & Logistical Skills:
Ability to utilize basic database software, spreadsheet tracking, and word processing programs alongside foundational math skills. •
Background Clearances:
