Surveillance Security, Inc. (SSI) is a Professional Security Guard Company seeking a Full-time, Unarmed Flex Security Officer to join our team. The Unarmed Flex Security Officer will play a critical role in upholding the safety and security at the key location. This is a flexible position for officers who are comfortable accepting swing shifts and day shifts based on business needs. A strong candidate must have at least 2 years of continuous security experience. • Full-Time Flex Officer with an open schedule, being flexible to be called for day shift call-offs/time off requests

• and swing shift call outs/time off requests of other employees. 1. Full-Time with open Schedule to work day shift or swing shift Guaranteed 40 Hours per Week, but alternating schedule working days and swings Flexible Availability Required Some OT may be required

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include: Patrol and monitor assigned properties to help maintain a safe and secure environment. Conduct security checks and respond to incidents or concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and activity at assigned locations. Write clear and accurate security reports. Follow site-specific procedures and company policies. Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients. Accept flexible day and swing shifts based on available assignments.

Requirements and Expectations:

2+ "proven" years of experience as a Security Guard Must be 21 years of age before applying. (Age requirement may be waived for veterans of military service and active-duty personnel). High School Graduate or Equivalency with at least one year's experience demonstrating the following: Integrity and Reliability. Provide Emergency Response Patrolling job site Reliable Transportation - important to be able to reliably commute within 30 miles to the zip code 25401, during extreme weather season. Must be able to physically perform foot patrols.

Construct and write clear, accurate, and detailed reports. Physically able to walk to perform controls.
