Job Description

We appreciate your interest in joining our team. Please note that our business is open 24/7/365 and requires open availability to work all three shifts (day, evening, and night) as well as weekends and holidays. Candidates will only progress to the next stage of the application process if they can accommodate this scheduling requirement. The incumbent in this position is responsible for observing and monitoring Casino operations in order to identify irregular access and/or activities occurring in restricted areas. The incumbent will observe and conduct "Close Watch" and/or other special surveillance in the assigned areas, identifying procedural infractions and/or criminal activity. Must notify Management and Supervisors of any suspicious activities and/or irregular circumstances and any other special observation requests. Documents procedural infractions incurred by Casino personnel. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Experience working with computers, surveillance cameras and monitors, recording devices and hand held communication devices required. Knowledge of criminal offenses and the regulations concerning Tribal Gaming preferred. Must have the ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time. Must have the ability to produce organized and clear reports. Must meet standards established in order to obtain the Employee Gaming License. Must have the ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Due to the nature of the business, all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
