This role is ideal for someone with experience in trading floor environments, market surveillance, options markets, or regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Monitor trading floor activity and identify potential rule or regulatory violations. Research and analyze trading activity to investigate compliance concerns. Review evidence and provide recommendations on regulatory matters. Stay informed on market structure, trading products, industry developments, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory organizations. Document findings and prepare clear reports and regulatory documentation. Support team projects and continuous process improvements. Required Qualifications Previous experience working on a trading floor. Strong understanding of options and derivatives markets, trading operations, and exchange regulations Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following: Market surveillance Securities or commodities regulation Securities or derivatives trading Options markets Trading floor operations Brokerage operations Financial services environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Background Candidates with experience in regulatory compliance, market surveillance, exchange operations, options trading, or brokerage environments are highly encouraged to apply.
