Review flagged electronic communications (electronic only, no voice) for potential risk indicators, including complaints, inappropriate sharing of confidential information, and potential market abuse cases.

Market focus:

Institutional side only; retail communications explicitly excluded.

AI development support:

A secondary component of the role involves reviewing communications to inform Joe Campion's team's AI model development, functioning effectively as an end-user QA/QC layer for AI outputs.

Qualifications:

The role requires candidates with institutional markets experience and strong independent judgment in reviewing flagged electronic communications. Prior surveillance experience — communications surveillance, trade surveillance, or control room experience strongly preferred. Markets experience on the desk, in compliance, or in communications/trade reviews is ideal; acknowledged as the most specific and difficult background to teach. Candidates without full markets knowledge are acceptable if they demonstrate strong independent judgment and the ability to identify anomalies even without deep subject matter expertise.
