Job Summary Job Title Surveillance Officer Responsibilities Observes activities of casino guests and employees. Monitors all casino operations, including table games, slots, cashiering cage and count rooms, by way of the closed circuit television (CCTV) system for criminal activity and/or violations of NJ regulations and company policies and procedures. Records and documents such activities where appropriate and reports the activities to appropriate officials. Monitors property alarms and communicates effectively with responding parties. Completes detailed incident reports and daily logs. Promotes positive public relations. Handles sensitive information and maintains confidentiality. Performs other duties as assigned. Employees must adhere to the regulations set forth in
N.J.A.C. 13
69D-1.10 and 1.11, and must sign an acknowledgement of these regulatory requirements prior to being employed in the surveillance department. Qualifications College degree preferred. Minimum one (1) year of appropriate experience. Good technical and manual skills. Strong math and writing skills required. Strong computer skills required. Knowledge of casino games preferred.
