We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and proactive Slots Manager to join our team at the Palace Company's all-new, 5-Star Moon Palace - Punta Cana Resort Casino. This $1.5b dynamic luxury destination is now open, with the casino opening in December, 2026. This critical-hire position includes positive growth opportunities, plus 2 generous annual bonuses, healthcare, retirement funding and a free housing option. The right candidate shall be fully responsible for overseeing the maintenance and appeal of the slot floor and technical activities, protecting the casino's assets, human and material, while delivering on the owners commitment to transparency, integrity and compliance with all Dominican laws, decrees and resolutions governing casinos. Experience in 5-Star hospitality and working in the Caribbean are preferred The ideal candidate will join the SVP/GM in Punta Cana as soon as possible . Your expertise will help safeguard the casino's insistence on nothing less than a 5-Star guest experience, and fostering a strong working relationship with fellow leaders. Must be, at a minimum, conversational level in Spanish , with writing skills, familiarity with working alongside Casino Leadership and Regulators, working in high-action, high-stress situations where diplomacy is a must are some of the expectations from a high-performer. safeguards. Conduct thorough and regularly scheduled monitoring to ensure every game is in full working order. Works closely with others in the case of investigations into potential fraud, theft, money laundering, or other financial misconduct by implementing fraud prevention and detection strategies. Oversee regulatory reporting processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to federal and state laws. Training all Team Members as they join the team and at a minimum, once per year thereafter or whenever new laws are implemented. Collaborate closely with the compliance, finance, surveillance security, casino gaming and accounting teams on all surveillance issues. Manage all slot related systems utilizing advanced software tools to monitor ongoing adherence across departments. Have a proficient knowledge of KONAMI and comfortable slot systems (CCT, OPTX, Veridocs etc.) Qualifications Proven experience in slots . Strong knowledge of standard operating slot department requirements, procedures, and regulatory frameworks, with an ability to transfer that knowledge to the standards set by the Dominican Republic legislature. Solid understanding of gaming including those of a Slot Manager and Slot Technical Manager. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex securities laws and conduct regulatory reporting accurately. Experience with fraud prevention techniques. Excellent analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Relevant certifications or equivalent are preferred.
