What You'll Do Monitor live camera feeds for signs of suspicious activity Report events clearly and professionally in real time Use playback tools to review and investigate incidents Notify supervisors of urgent or escalated issues Keep watch over a variety of businesses and communities — all from our local office What We're Looking For People who stay focused, even during quiet stretches Someone comfortable with technology Individuals who take the job seriously Strong communicators who can write clearly and stay alert under pressure Multitaskers who can balance working from multiple screens Requirements Spanish speaking High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a criminal background check Basic computer skills Strong written/typing communication skills Evening availability, including weekends and holidays You don't need to be the loudest or to make an impact here.
