This dynamic role involves conducting thorough inquiries into misconduct, safety violations, or procedural breaches within cleaning departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong investigative skills, discretionary skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of integrity and safety. This will also require cleaning with the teams as one of the team members as you collect the information confidentially and report to management. Responsibilities Lead internal investigations into allegations of misconduct, safety issues, or procedural violations involving cleaning staff. Collect and analyze evidence through surveillance footage, interviews, and document review to establish facts accurately. Prepare comprehensive investigative reports detailing findings, evidence, and recommended actions for management review. Conduct investigative interviews using proven techniques to gather truthful information while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Maintain meticulous records of all investigation activities, evidence collected, and report documentation in compliance with company policies and legal standards. Drive a team from job to job and complete the work as a regular cleaner, cleaning alongside the teams. Skills Strong residential cleaning experience and expertise. Expertise in fraud prevention and detection methods relevant to organizational operations. Excellent report writing skills with the ability to prepare clear, detailed investigative reports. Exceptional analysis skills to interpret data collection results and identify patterns or discrepancies effectively. Skilled in investigative interviewing techniques that promote truthful disclosures while respecting legal boundaries.
