Lawn and Landscape, Crew Members and Foreman - Experience Required

Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, mulching, pruning, and weed control Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects Use equipment like excavators and other construction machinery for site preparation and hardscape installation Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Maintain irrigation systems and perform routine repairs to ensure optimal water distribution Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Requirements Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued Ability to operate power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery safely Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care practices, and hardscape installation is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in outdoor environments Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us if you're eager to grow your career in landscaping!
