Responsibilities Lead and supervise lawn care and landscaping crews daily Drive truck and trailer safely to job sites Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards Train and motivate crew members Operate landscaping equipment safely Communicate with customers and management professionally Keep track of materials, equipment, and job progress Ensure crews follow safety procedures and company policies Requirements Experience in lawn care and landscaping required Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred Valid driver's license required (ability to drive truck/trailer preferred) Strong work ethic and leadership skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctuality required

Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
