We are looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter who can confidently manage day-to-day field operations while maintaining high standards on every project. Position Summary The Lead Carpenter will oversee residential remodeling and construction projects from start to finish while working alongside crew members and subcontractors in the field. This role requires strong carpentry knowledge, leadership skills, communication, and the ability to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision. Experience with Buildertrend is a Responsibilities

• Lead residential remodeling and construction projects on-site
• Perform skilled carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, siding, decking, and general construction tasks
• Coordinate and oversee laborers and subcontractors
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and scopes of work
• Maintain project schedules and daily job progress
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, vendors, and project management
• Ensure quality control and jobsite cleanliness
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics
• Identify and solve construction issues in the field
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment Qualifications
• 10+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of residential building practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with framing, finish carpentry, siding, windows, and exterior remodeling preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and project scopes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions What We Offer
