Job Description

Lead DSP/ Supervisor (Keene, NH; Swanzey, NH) Residential Resources is seeking a DSP Lead/Supervisor to join team of DSPs at a staffed residence in Swanzey, NH. This lead/supervisor would work in tandem with a Program Manager to oversee the services and support provided in this home. We're looking for a collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys being part of a team and understands that meaningful work can also be fun and rewarding. This is a great opportunity for a current Direct Support Professional (DSP) with some supervisory experience to move towards a management role! As a Program Supervisor you will support the current DSPs working in this home and welcome and train new DSPs. You will spend time providing direct care as well as time performing management duties like grocery shopping, documentation collection/review, and medication management. Ultimately the supervisor ensures the overall health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported. This home supports just one gentleman. He enjoys spending time at home watching 80's and 90's comedies or just having a steady background of classic rock playing in his home. He enjoys great food, with a preference for Chinese takeout. He requires support with meal preparation, household chores, cues and hands on support for personal care, and medication administration.
