LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will play a vital role in providing high- quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort, and assisting with their medical needs. This is for Nightshifts - 23:00 to 07:30

Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic medical care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and dressing wounds. Assist physicians and registered nurses with patient care plans. Record patient medical histories and maintain accurate documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Ensure patient comfort and respond to their needs promptly. Educate patients and families about healthcare plans and procedures. Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
