What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish Oversee and guide install team members on job sites Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components Ensure all installations meet code requirements and Evolved Mechanical quality standards Interpret technical schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately install HVAC systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate clearly with customers and team members throughout the project Complete job documentation and ensure accuracy of records Train and mentor junior installers What We're Looking For 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred) Strong mechanical and technical skills Ability to lead a team and manage job site workflow efficiently Experience with residential HVAC systems and ductwork installation Strong problem solving & project management Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and EPA certification required Why Join Evolved Mechanical?
